Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Apparently I needed to use a voucher they sent me but I didn’t need to buy anything else so I didn’t bother but you need to redeem the voucher before they will deliver your order the gave me my money back in kind so I ordered the same air fryer at an expense of another £6 but I’m happy that it is all over and I got what I wanted I’m happy with it thank you pissed.
I was advised to contact citizens advice so I telephoned them and they said write a letter on their website and send living social a copy their obligated to send me the item or refund if nothing call citizens advice again

I brought a gaming chair from liveing social/wowcha I paid £64,99 and another £9.99 for delivery I brought it on Friday 22nd December And delivery on Friday 12th January 0rder number 457**** yodel was scheduled to deliver 16th January thay say it'd delivered but not to me yodel driver photos is of a white plastic door I live in block of flats with blue wooden doors I sent photos to the. Thay told me contact living social so for 5 days isent 2or3 email a day complaining on 5th day thay emailed me saying I'm taking to USA not UK so for 2 days I've been chatting with wotcha and living social I've sent my details thay wanted my email dates prices order number.bers every thing thay wanted then to day told me to contact direct gave me a phone number and to my Horror the number belongs to a pub in the country what do I do now these bloody people are annoying totally

LivingSocial offers a new deal each day to its members who subscribe via email. Once a deal has been purchased, members are e-mailed their redemption vouchers the following business day, around 5 a.m. local time. LivingSocial was founded as Hungry Machine in 2007 by four employees from Revolution Health Group.
